Pastors & leaders are free to pursue their individual calling in an environment that offers genuine relationships, appropriate accountability, and global connections.
To receive an MVI credential, a person must:
Be endorsed by a person holding an Ordination License from MVI.
Be interviewed and recommended by an interview committee composed of one member of the Apostolic Council, the endorsing minister, and one other MVI-ordained minister.
Agree with the Constitution, By-Laws, and Tenets of Faith of MVI.
Commit to partnering with MVI’s mission projects through financial support.
Complete the courses required for each credentialing level.
Pay the annual credential fee.
TRANSFERRING CREDENTIALS:
A person who holds a General or Ordination License from another ministry may transfer that license and receive the same license from MVI by following the steps listed above. Additionally, a person holding a degree from a valid Bible College or Seminary will be considered to have fulfilled the academic requirements for credentialing.

Ministry Commission Credential
For people engaging in specialized ministries such as hospital ministry, campus ministry, jail ministry, etc.
It is also the pathway towards a General License or Ordination.

General License
For ministers who have been engaged in active ministry with any ministry or church for at least one year.
Eligible to perform civil unions & funeral ceremonies in the United States.

Ordination
For people who have been in active ministry for more than two year while affiliated with an MVI church or ministry.
Apostolic or Pastoral reference required for application to be received and considered.
